You will receive your goods prior to the departure date given when you placed your order. Should you not receive your order by this date, please get in touch and we will investigate.
If your order arrives too late to use your tickets, do get in touch and we will advise how you can return the unused cards to us for a refund.
In the unlikely event your order still has not arrived with you after your given departure date, please let us know and we will investigate. If it appears that your package has been lost in transit, we will require confirmation of your shipping address and also proof of re-purchase of replacement items to raise a claim with our supplier.
