Deliveries may occasionally be damaged in transit. Although rare, we understand how frustrating it is to receive damaged goods.
Should there be any issue with the goods you receive from us, please do get in contact and we will try to find the best solution for you.
If there is still sufficient shipping time for replacement items to arrive with you, we can generally arrange for replacement items to be sent to you.
Alternatively, in those cases where we are unable to reship the goods to you, we will look into issuing a full refund. We may ask for faulty or damaged goods to be returned to us.
