Please note: To enjoy your Merlin pass, pre-booking is now required to visit any of our attractions.
How to book your attraction timeslots
- Visit the Merlin Booking Portal
- Enter the order number found on your e-ticket (e.g., 537345819).
- Click "Modify" for every attraction included in your pass.
- Choose Timeslots:
- Use the calendar to select a timeslot for each attraction.
- Important: Timeslots must be within 90 days of purchase.
- Avoid Red Timeslots: These indicate conflicts with other chosen timeslots.
- View and Download Tickets: Once all timeslots are booked, click "View Tickets" to print or download your tickets.
Note: You'll receive a no-reply email for portal access. Using your email itinerary won't work in this case.
Once you've purchased your Merlin Magical London pass, head to the portal.
