Once a refund is processed, it generally takes up to 5 working days for the money to appear in your account.
Refunds are paid back to the card payment that was originally taken from when your order was placed.
If you have been informed by us of a refund and are still unable to locate the payment after the specified timeframe, get in contact with us and we will be happy to share the ARN reference which your bank will be able to use to locate the payment.
Refunds are usually treated case by case. Please check if the order you have cancelled is eligible for a refund and do get in touch if you have any question.
